New RDF supply agreement
Sysav and Bertling Enviro have signed a three year RDF supply agreement of 100.000 ton starting 1st January 2018.
Sysav, South Scania Waste Company, is owned by 14 municipalities and receive, recycle and treat waste from households and industries in southern Sweden. The company operates a waste to energy plant in Malmö where the four boilers can take up to 75 tons of waste per hour. The Sysav plant is licensed to incinerate 630.000 tons of waste per year and also hold one of the most advanced cleaning systems for flue gas and ashes.
Bertling Enviro will supply RDF from UK and offer a complete door to door solution where the fuel is shipped in 40' sea containers. Advanced quality processes and own IT-systems, including a client portal, are important tools for control and for keeping a high quality through the whole supply chain.
